St. Louis Osuwa Taiko's Intermediate Advanced Class is for those of you who have successfully completed at least one Adult Beginning Class session. You will refine your skills in the basics of sticking, kata (form), movement, theory, and rhythms of taiko, and add more songs to your repertoire. Opportunities will be available to practice and perform with the performance group and to become a member of the performance group if you want!

In addition to the benefits of good exercise that taiko provides, it helps improve self-awareness, rhythm, and concentration. It can also relieve stress and is a lot of fun!

Participants must be at least 16 years old and have at least one arm.
